try flashing from the bootloader method from SD card. there is a sticky how to in the main forum for TP here on ppcgeeks. i would never ever use the USB method again after knowing about the bootloader/sd method.. sheesh cant believe i ever used that

Also best to flash to stock let it load completely, hard reset again, flash new rom and hard reset again. We call this the flash dance.

relax and your are doing just fine. You have to unlock it first which I'm not sure if you have already. It doesn't hurt to cover all bases.

heh.. yeah I tried to hard reset everything and it still didnt work... gonna try to do through the card this time

did you unlock it yourself? via the cmonex unlocker for raphael?

It needs to say cmonex there or it is still locked.

its gotta say cmonex 37. Then you'll know if its unlocked.
