Hang around, I'm sure Inda will update very soon.

First, huge thanks to Indagroove for bringing Sense UI to the Touch Pro. I love it.

But I can't install anything either. After a reset, all my data goes bye bye :(.

Did another reset...data still there, but still unable to install cabs.

i was using the music player and when it changed songs the song displayed was not the song playing. And another thing i seen something about sms problems well if i try and click the message it does nothing, but in another rom i could respond to the text so i know it does work. Any fixes for these?

I really love this ROM. It really works for me. For some reason, I haven't experienced any of the problems others have reported.

Just a FYI, I flashed the very first ROM posted and haven't updated since. Activesync, music tab, cab installation all work fine. (haven't tried email yet)

I don't know if it was a bad flash, but I'm getting the following bugs:

1. When I go to the HTC Mail tab and go through the steps of adding a new mail account, nothing happens and the account doesn't show up. I found that if I go to Start -> Messaging, I can add my mail accounts that way.

2. I can't install anything. In File Explorer, when I click on a .cab, it goes back to HTC. This is a big deal breaker for me :(.

3. Going to the HTC Settings -> Security, when I press the Security PIN setting, it takes me to where I can set the PIN but after a split second, it goes back.

4. Cannot Active Sync to PC nor Exchange Server! This is bad because I can't flash to anything else (or itself again)! It keeps saying that my phone's not connected to the PC!

Still uncovering more bugs, but positives:

a. VERY fast and VERY smooth!
b. LOVE the build, gorgeous WM buttons
c. AWESOME host of applications pre-installed

If anyone has experienced the bugs above or know of fixes, please let me know!

Thanks!

You are not ALONE!

Actually these bugs have been reported early this morning if you read a few pages back. I thought Inda said he was reposting the first ROM from yesterday but if you just now flashed and are having the same problems then I guess he didn't, but I'm cool with the Topaz final until he gets things together.

Yes, I did change the DL link to the original working rom. I think people just can't or aren't willing to read back a few pages to see what the rom author has to say before posting with issues.

For those of you who are too lazy to look for my posts, here's the deal:

1. I posted a very good rom yesterday morning.

2. I found a couple of "fixes" for some issues and posted a new rom.

3. The "fixes" broke a couple of things, so I reverted the issues and posted another rom (#3) late last night/early this AM, but didn't fully test when I posted.

4. That rom was majorly messed up, as somehow some packages in my kitchen got corrupted. The rom won't load cabs, tsks, or provxml files -- which means many many issues. Basically a broken rom.

5. I didn't realize there were the issues until I woke up this morning, and on my way to work.

6. As soon as I got to work at 9am PST, I reverted the DL link to the first working rom.

7. I've been hard trying to fix my kitchen all day, and guess what?? It's fixed.

8. I will have a new rom build up late tonight/early tomorrow am with a few fixes and stuff.

Thanks for playing.

Oh, also I found today that the internet tab screenshot bookmarks thing only works if you view the site with IE:
