That works too. :)
I just burn my data to another DVD drive and I am good to go.
Not a problem because I back up my needed data often.

I have a Windows Home Server :) (I built)

Backups up every PC every night.

Remote GPS and COM 4 is all I can see in settings.

Btw, I am inside the house. Not sure it works good while driving. Many are reporting that it and other GPS programs run very slow.

HUm...........That's what I did too. I can't even get a lock sitting next to a BIG window, or while I was walking outside. This is just simply weird now.:disgust:

Been using the very first offering of this ROM since it was released without too many issues. Until yesterday that is...all of my people favorites disappeared yesterday, so I set them back up and looked just now and noticed they are gone again.

Anyone else having this issue? Probably just need to get on the latest anyway. Downloading now...

With all the music and photos can't afford to loose them. Software can be downloaded again but pictures can't be replaced. My daughters only going to be 6 once. I'm a nut I guess I back up the server to two external drives one of which I keep at the office. Just in case of a fire or break in.

I could never get task manager to go on mine, tap upper corner right. So came up with next best thing for me, thought I would share. Installed start launcher.cab set it to tap, the installed showcase without x-enhancement.works great. Just double tap where the old start used to be.

For what it's worth, I set my garmin to intermediate driver instead of the com ports, and it worked. And it seems to do nagivation just fine without being slow. So maybe for those of you who have experienced problems, give that a try.
Another thing is, this may have been posted already, but if you're sprint user, change the mms server add to "http://mms.sprintpcs.com" The default one wouldn't let me receive.

Don't know if my settings will help anyone out there with GPS issues. After upgrading to Sprint OEM my externalGPS settings are GPS program port COM4, Baud rate :4800 and manage GPS automatically. I'm rcvg 7 GPS active up to 8. B4 downloading this ROM like any other ROM conducted Sprint stock ROM reset twice and then downloaded the upgrade desired. It has worked for me everytime. But then, you all must have performed the same as I did. You out there are more knowledgeable than I am. Just a new comer. Hope this info has helped some to you all. Good to you and have a good one.:):)

Yeah, it should be a standard practice for everyone to do flash dance before flashing to a different rom or even just upgrading the rom. This is the first time I've run into problems like this since I started flashing. Don't know why, but I am still thinking it's the communication between the software and the program that's causing all these issues.
Thanks for the input.
