I just built a Touch Pro version of my Diamond rom in case anyone wants to try it out... you can read more about it here:

On the black touch pro start up. after it shows radio and rom version, just stays like that. i tried hard rest and reflashing and same thing.

Yes I got that was stuck on touch pro screen for a while and I flashed throu the sd card method.

There never was a problem with scroll bar in this rom. You might be thinking about other roms that use the experimental finger-friendly UI sys versions.

played around with your rom for a bit. nice selection of apps. just felt a little sluggish to me. gonna probably run it till tmorrow and see if i find anything wrong.

Everything has been running really great havent have really any problems. The only real problem that I have noticed is the Keyboard has some bugs in it. But no biggie. Its not the fastest, No offense but everything gets along with each other and havent had to do any soft resets or anything.

NEVERMND...I HAD DOWNLOADED THE DIAMOND VERSION. I am getting an error trying to install this rom. ERROR [244] Invalid Model ID. It says "This Update Utility Cannot be used for your PDA Phone. Please check your Update Utility. Anyone know what could cause this?

The ROM runs great and looks great, with one exception.... The weather tab crashes manilla on me.

I did install the weather file customizer so I will see if that is it.

Like I said though, other than that, the most stable and smoothest ROM I have put on my Touch Pro, and I have put about 20 on in the last few days testing!

Once I uninstalled the weather database editor it works fine now.

There is a new weather database editor for 2.1.. search on xda, i'll probably include it in the next rom

- agree the rom is great, the issue I have with keyboard is when replying to a txt message for example- the number keys only writes symbols, and if you select the fn button- the symbols do not write.

I've discovered this is an issue with the Ezinput 2.1 keyboard... since touch pro users will primarily use the hard keyboard, I'll go back to an earlier version of Ezinput for the next rom. In the meantime you might try loading a .cab of 2.0 or 1.0.

Hey Evertec, not sure if anyone has asked this question, I have a touch diamond and just ordered a sprint touch pro 2 that I will be recieving tomorrow, are you working on cooking up a rom for the sprint touch pro 2?

Probably not, unless I happen to get a touch pro 2 :-). The resolution is different so I would totally have to redo most of the touchflo and dialer elements.

The cab isn't in there but the 1.5 ezinput keyboard is baked in. Are you still having a problem with the keyboard?

Downloaded the Rom. Its working pretty well. I like the look and the functionality. I do have to agree with one of the earlier poster's and say that it is a bit sluggish. Is this possibly from all of the apps that are installed? For example, I noiced the contacts appear in 3 different programs. Do you have another version that is a bit more bare? Also, I noticed that the Geye watch version you use shuts down when on stopwatch mode.
Overall though, I like this rom. I am gonna stick with it for a while. Good work

Hey evertec, I'm really sorry to hear that, I really love your roms, they r the best I have used so far, they are a little sluggish sometimes but I love the programs that you have in them. Everybody else do not include the prl or profile update in their roms, but you do cause we need them to update the phone software, Thanks. Wish I was living close to where you are cause I would loan you my touch pro 2 so you can make a rom for it, cause it will benefit all of us.
Thanks again for your time you donated in cooking up a beautiful rom for my touch diamond which I will be selling since I've moved up to the touch pro 2.

@Evertec... Great job on the rom. Flashed the latest rom for the touch pro. A few problems I have noticed... Camera freaks out the screen when using.

The keyboard is extremely difficult to read on the touch screen. Any way to go back to the HTC keyboard or some sort of cab to fix.

The Pigeon launches then shuts down? hmmm Even tried reinstalling the cab from the site...

OBTW...was wondering how to get the rom to look like the one in your redirect URL...really B.A. It shows cool clock etc along with what appears to be a different Facebook screenshot showing all your contacts and there updates at once..

One last thing...it seems that this rom is doing something strange with the slide out keyboard text...it shows the correct letter or number typed but when you attempt to use it to set up login information or whatever it says invalid unless you erase what you typed with sliding keyboard and retype it exactly the same with the touch keyboard..full qwerty.. Really weird..is anyone experiencing the same... i mean you look on the screen and it shows the key you pressed accurately but something behind the scenes is sending wrong key.

The camera weirdness is a known issue with these latest sys versions. Turn the review duration to none to minimize the effect. Not sure what you mean about the keyboard being difficult to read. Pigeon seems to have a problem with these later 6.5 versions as well, I'm taking it out and putting beejive in instead. The rom you installed should look like the one in the screenshots, unless you mean the background, which I can upload if you'd like. I should be releasing 2.8 for touch pro soon that is faster and less buggy... stay tuned

it's a nice rom ,there is an audio problem ,when u makes a call ,the person can't ever hear you
