yes, like jakdillard said its an app that makes the phone into a pocket router. i use it to connect my ipod touch and laptop when im on the road.
when i go to internet sharing, it only gives me the option of using Sprint as a network connection, but other roms allow me to use DATA in addition to that. i really love the 0.95 ROM because of its speed and simplicity, but the router program is the one app that i use on a daily basis. i have installed the Sprint carrier cab and tried installing ICSInstall.cabfrom a VZW thread but it doesnt install successfully =(
