Are you refering to the first release? If so the first release use tierinstall. Everything after uses SASHIMI per Grooves set up. The new kitchen includes the 2.1 keyboard I believe.

EDIT: I tried the genesis kitchen and i get the same thing. When i select RAPH800 it gives me this error OS value on: 'NBHUtil.xml' for RAPH800 not found... Set 0x400 as default!!! if that makes a difference or tells you anything. Then when it goes to dos prompt to build the rom it crashes

The first error is normal. When it crashes at the dos prompt its prolly because a new style oem is in the oem folder. Check the oems in that folder and see if any of them are the new style. The new style will have files (folder), skip, app.dat and app.reg inside. If any of these are inside the oem folder then it will crash. I'm not sure why but check that out. If you add anything you should add it to the ext folder with the others.

Ill try it and see.. It was the version put out on Friday or Saturdfay, dont remember.. But seriously, it was fastest version i have seen to date.

I re-flashed my phone again few days ago with your latest ROM. The standby issue I had went away. This ROM has been ROCK SOLID for me now. Fast, stable, and I have not had to do a soft-reset in the last couple of days at all. Mobile Shell runs like a champ on it and no delays whatsoever. It is my favorite ROM now.

OK see under my name where it says N00b? Yup that's me lol. :newb: I didn't add any oems so i was not sure what was going on, but u got to me looking in the right place. When i extracted the generic carrier i extracted it to Carrier-Generic\Carrier-Generic\ so i had an extra sub directory in there. Cooked and flashed without a glitch this time. Thanx a ton for this N00b friendly thread. Will run this for a few days and report back to you on my experience. Again, thanx a ton!!
