Sweet. So, when you say "live rom", does that mean that you will be updating with ULDR? That would be pretty fricking sick, but I thought it wasn't ready for primetime yet..

Is there a way to PATCH roms instead of flashing the whole?

Yes, there is a way using ULDR, but I don't think it's totally ready yet -- could be wrong though. If anyone in the TP world has it ready, it's prolly JD.

No no no ... lol I'm actually posting what I will be using versus making a ROM then posting that ROM while the ROM I use is actually something else in development - so instead of constant flashing I will be making the updates by cabs or regedits until the overall build itself updates ..

thats sorta what I'll be trying to do ... and I made my last beta build for today so maybe after I get off tonight I will upload the final version if everything is ok

honestly I think that the autoupdate feature is a bad idea considering the time you would have to invest in making the proper file for it ... when all you have to do is hardflash or make a cab of the updated software ... kinda makes you wonder why MSFT hasn't did it and its been around since WM5 so I removed my ULDR from the ROM
