This is a good question. Normally I would answer that later rev doesn't necessarily = better. But the 8xx series have proven to be the best so far in all my tests. Additionally, I have not had ONE good rom experience with 234. I am guessing that this release isnt going to be bad... but I doubt it is going to be much better than the average. And unless I see nothing but rave reviews of people who have actually used it, I am not switching off 8xx.

Just read thru this thread and didn't see any definitive answer on this...Anybody know?

Can't wait to test this out tho. Hopefully it will be released before I get my new TP. I've had a Diamond since they released and I just sold it and bought a Pro with a crap ton of accessories for just a few sawbucks difference...this will be the first ROM i try on it. I for some reason think it won't be the 'one' though. I hope I get proven wrong.

Man I just spent way too much time trying to figure out if it is 'proven' or 'proved' wrong. I've looked at and said the word so many times in my mind that it seems that it can't even be an actual word.

At any rate; good luck guys.
