How are you trying to install it?
Download the .rar file from the first page. Extract it to it's own folder. Then, connect your phone to your computer, verify you're synched via ActiveSync, and put the phone in bootloader mode (volume down + power + reset). Then, run the Custom_RUU.exe file from the folder you extracted and you should be good to go.
Where in this process is it going wrong?
