question is the internet sharing thing in the phone like the wifi router program but its just connected through the cable then through wifi.

after a fresh flash,
install remove arcsoft and picture messaging cab, its attached to this thread in the paperclip in the beginning of the forum..

then install ur metropcs wap web mms arcsoft cab...

Volume doesn't seem to be working again... On 2.1 91xxx rom...

What is the volume fix? Volumex or something?

Never mind, I found one that works over at xda.

I installed "AssassinsLament_Wifi_Sharing_v1_1_1_2(Slot6). CAB" from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=543380

It works now but the screen stays on (dimmed) when using wifi router. I'm just excited that it works again.

Hopefully that works for metroPCS. Didn't work for me (Boost)

Volumex is highly regarded, but of course, not free. You can try SetVolume, but some folks say it doesn't work in-call.

Paperclip ? I'm looking at the first post and I dont see a paperclip anywhere . I'll keep searching , and thanks .
