So page 2407 doesn't really explain to you how to deal with these Max Manila options. From the home screen swipe your finger down from top to bottom and a menu will appear to turn on and off functions of Max Manila. To remove those icons you are talking about turn off the ALERT setting. Then go ahead and mess around with all the different options. Kinda cool. To get back to the home screen, swipe from bottom to top.

alright.. so i just flashed 21892 with Sense 2.5 last night, and I have two requests.

1, is there anyway to make the width of the slider bigger? back to what it used to be in the old manila?

2, i found mods to get 16 or 20 link below the homescreen... but is there anyway to get the programs tab back? or at least an "all programs" button?

also, what's the diff with max manila? do you just get the 3-4 links on the homescreen? what else comes with that?

NRG great ROM, but this battery meter issue really sucks. I have tried ever iteration of both the nueBatteryTPDiamondCDMA-106-v1.0-pack and nuePowerDriverCDMADiamond-100-v1.0-cab and hard resetting. I either end up with a woefully miscalculated battery % indicator or this beautiful start menu . Neither option is palatable...

flashed Energy.HERMAN.23541.Sense2.5.Feb.26.7z onto my TP

The battery is stuck at 100% in the taskbar and Start/Settings at 1%. The battery meter never changes. i tried running the battery down and recharging, both meters never reset. I tried wiping it, still the same result.

I couldnt find a posting that had the exact issue.. any ideas as to why this is happening? or is their a cab fix?

Implementing the fixes are what's causing my issue above. Check here for the cab files to install..you have to do it right after a fresh hard reset to get rid of the start menu blurring - but that is not working for me...

great! thanks those worked out.

i had the blurry start icons yesterday too.. not sure if it was from a bad install of an old app.. or if the blur is caused by the new apps going past the main start screen.

i only fixed it by wiping my phone... was also hoping that was gonna fix the battery issue.. but those cabs worked out.. good luck! and thanks again!

thank goodness im not having as much issues with mine as others...

this rom is a huge step up from the last one... great work... battery is amazing! now.

phone runs at arouns 60 which is wonderful.

max has its problems but nothing too major... landscape issues mostly.
