yeah seems all or nothing... the thing that annoys me with all 4 is that the calendar one has a blue 2 on it like there are a couple unread appointments but i cant figure out what is triggering it... nothing i can find

OK I know I've seen this posted in the threads and I hope you guys don't bite my head off for not being able to find it but... what's the deal with the dialer in 28011? The "keypad" and "talk" buttons are cut off at the bottom. Any fixes?

LOL forget what rom i was using,but had same issue with calender tab,thats why i hide them completely,plus no matter what i do to them (skins) they just get in the way of whatever current theme im running

Just finished flashing 28011 Dec. 12 version and I have to say, I am really happy. My caller ID screen is back for incoming calls, the new clock looks much more amazing and I like the little icons on the front for calendar, missed calls, messages...

Very nice job.

My only issue (still) is that when I open up messages -> All Messages -> click on a conversation there is no "X" in the bottom right corner. It's pretty frustrating to exit the conversation I'm reading because I need to slide the bar all the way to "call history" in order to press "back" to get to the screen of all my conversations that finally has the "X" in the corner to close it.

Just seems a little too much work when an "X" to close the conversation would have been nicer.

Unless I'm doing something wrong?

just found this xda for swype,supposed to be a better fit and has landscape issue with keyboard fixed,install after swype to compress the keyboard

there is a fix for the buttons being cut off its called 23504 VGA dialer fix do a quick search for that cab and it works like a charm( i know cuz i found it yesterday and used it myself)

Been running 28001 12/9 since it came out today and I must say that overall I'm impressed. Just a few small issues that I'm working out but overall, quite nice.
SMS is working fine for me in manilla which is a big issue for me. I also like the addition of max manilla. I have added it to my past ROMS and found it quite useful, so its nice to have it built into a ROM.
However, I'd like to also try out a 28001 without max for comparison.

I think the only real issue atm is with texting from manilla. If I open a text window and "tap here to begin typing" it take a few seconds for me to be able to type in the message. Thats about it.

GPS locks are quick and my location in google maps is spot on. Going to do a full battery assessment tomorrow before I start doing battery tweaks. I want to get a baseline forst before I start adding things on.

In the new max manila rom. How can I change the new clear flip clock to a white one since I noticed all the clock skins for it are for WVGA?
