Hey Deck I have a general question and other chefs have not answered this but is there a way to decrease the increment in which the volume is increased or decreased when hitting the volume keys?

Also is there a way to decrease the timeout period for the volume screen?

The latest version of your rom now suffers from the same issues as every other rom that has the timezone change in Manilla. If I sync with an exchange server, my calendar is an entire hour behind on every event. I wish I didn't delete the last v0120

? the timezone issue should not be present in this build, i personally use exchange to sync my calendar, contacts, and tasks, and once i set my timezone the first time, it stays corrected. No matter after sync, soft reset, my apt.s and everything stay corrected. I can tell u if you have 2 cities in your world clock, that may be causing the issue, once i add a city in my weather, it adds it to the world clock as well, so i go back into there and delete it. Havent had the problem. let me know if this helps.

Deck,

Any chance of getting a kitchen for your ROMs?

Thanks,

Hmmm, it is possible that it is an issue with Google Sync exchange support. Possibly adjusting for daylight savings time twice, once at the server level, and another time at the device level. Let me see if there are some options I can change.

Oh and for clarity: My timezone doesn't change, the calendar items that are synced are just an hour earlier than they are supposed to be, I checked to make sure my google calendar was correct, and it is.

Hey, just wanted to let you know your ROM is working awesome! A lot better off with the battery life than i was with my old sprint stock rom.

If you can let me know where I can find the files to fix the green color buttons I'll be able to edit them myself.

Also, only problem I'm having is setting the "Calendar" button to go to ThumbCal. I checked the registry and everythign and its set to go to the thumbcal.exe already (i set it automatically from the program and I reset it manually as well and it doesnt work). If you could spread a little know-how on this, that would be great.

Thanks for the rom again, great job!!

I love having the Rhodium Manila on my Touch Pro, but I seem to be having an issue with text messages in the new Manila. The old way of accessing text messages is working fine, but viewing the message history with a person in TouchFlo takes a few seconds to load. I didn't use any type of backup/restore other than Microsoft MyPhone.

I'm wondering if it's because I've got about 2300 text messages, or if it might be some type of fragmentation.

Other than that, I love this ROM.

Ok, an update on the issue with the time zone. I needed to have it set to Eastern. The only way to get that to stick was to go into settings->clocks and alarms and set it to eastern in there. If I changed it in the HTC menu it would set it back to Bogota. It also does not work if I set it to Boston, MA.

Performance is going to significantly degrade with large amounts of text messages stored on your device. With the stock rom it even seems to slow down the rest of the device.
