Deck, any leads on what broke the program tab? I've noticed that Manila on the last 2 roms has this issue, and I'm seeing slight changes to Manila as well. Like the location based weather tab, extra shortcuts in the start menu that point to Manila, green highlights (which I love), missing battery control panel skin, etc...

Was there a major change to Manila? Can we go back to the first Gen.Y Manila that was kicking so well?

I keep flashing back to the old 300 Beta6 because for the life of me, I can't find any Manila flaws... for that matter, I can't find any flaws with it at all! 100% bug free!

I haven't tried the new 400 beta yet, I'm going to hang back till it's an official release.

this is the latest port of manila 2.1. program tab was screwed in older versions as well, (atleast for me). always been the same problems for me. as for everything else, 0400 should literally take a **** on 300 b6. the rom is completely cooked off of the 6.5 kernel. if you dont use activesync (unless you are running windows 7) to backup your phone, i would def recommend flashing. speed, stability, everything is better.

backup your stuffs with sprite

its only a couple min backup, and a couple min restore, and you will know all will be working perfect. when i use spriote, i dont back up any system settings or documents (not saying that you all shouldnt). i have NEVER had a problem, and its alot faster then backing up your phone thru any other method

deck, I tried installing Sprite Backup. It gave me an error, said installation was unsuccessful. Don't know what the issue is, so I installed SDKCerts and tried it again. Still no go. I'm trying to think of what I have on my TP that might be incompatible with it...

Got any suggestions???

what rom are u using? sprite backup is included in almost all of my roms.

Right now, I'm back on v300 beta6. Maybe that's the problem. I didn't know it was included in the rom...

EDIT: I'm gonna have to encourage the regulars to donate to your TP2 fund, so you can start cooking some new recipes. How long do you think it will take for them to create the unlocker for the TP2? How long did it take for the TP1?

Just flashed from 300-b6 to 400-beta and quite like it. One thing that may have become broken is that when i sync my contacts back and then link my facebook profile with manilla, it no longer has the check box option for "save birthday." it only had one option avaiable "save photo." the birthday thing was awesome and one of the unique features about manilla 2.1. d'oh.

This actually isn't broken. deck, mentioned after releasing v307 that in some of these newer system builds of manila 2.1 that they have removed the option of being able to sync birthdays via facebook.

I know how you feel. I myself like this feature, so I think it kinda sucks

, but I'm sure v400 has many other enhancements that may make the absence of this small feature easier to overlook.

I love the rom but I'm gonna have to go with something different when I find something or just to go back to my old rom because of the camera/photo thing and the phone keypad.
