If someone could please tolerate another noob question: I just flashed to the May 11th MightyROM 4/R3BORN without a hitch... thanks very much to everyone who created the unlocker, ROM, etc, *very* cool. Question is, I have "unlimited browser" through Bell (Canada), what applications can I now use with this ROM that would be included in the unlimited browser? Google maps? Skype? push e-mail? Tethering to laptop (ie is the "tethering hack" included in the ROM, or are there other things that need to be set up for that?)

If unlimited browser means unlimited internet, you can use anything.

:) I would love to learn and get my hand dirty w/ the registry editor but I am clueless about these stuffs. But I am a mom of 2 & 4, both go to pre-school so I don't really have time to learn much about these stuffs....Someday...

I had s2u2 before on my old phone and love it. Has anyone installed one on their TP? Please advise...

Cheapgal, please dont be afraid to tinker, tweak and mod, and most importantly, have fun with your TouchPro. As long as you backup your contacts and 'important' data with PIMBackup Manager or the like, you pretty much have complete freedom (relatively speaking, of ourse) to do and install what you want.

If worse comes to worst, you can always do a hard reset and start from scratch...usually without a problem.

I tend to see all my gadgets in the same light that I see life: it's meant to be explored, experienced and enjoyed. :mrgreen:

Got a solution for you. I use CSDEVCTRL with Mighty Rom 5 but it should work perfectly with R3Born and it's free ;) It's a super simple lock that activates when you push the power button on the phone. It can lock the entire phone (hard buttons as well) or just the screen, lots of options. It uses next to no resources and utilizes the stock WM lock. Took me a long time to find it but sure glad I did, MS needs to incorporate something like this in the stock rom.

Hey mighty do you have kitchen for 4R3Born avaiable for the public at all... I love your build because you use the older version of IE so that Viigo works with your roms.
