use import option of your Registry Editor of choice, usually found under Tools|Import. And most .reg files import to /windows folder.

I have PHM reg editor and when I click menu->tools, import is greyed out. Do I need to do somethign special?

Few issues for me with this build:

Black camera, can still take pictures but live view is dead while the camera is on.
Youtube app does not show controls.

No, as u can see in his changelog on the 1st page the hotfix improvements have been applied to his latest release
