Does anyone else play games on their Touch Pro running this ROM? I am trying to figure out if it is my phone, or the Mighty ROMs in general, but I have this annoying issue that is kind of hard to explain when playing certain games. Essentially what happens is that the phone seems to randomly lock up for various periods of time, but the game is actually still running while this is happening, and when the phone, or video or whatever, starts responding again the game will have advanced the same amount of time. To give you a better understanding, say you are playing a game that has a timer to tell you how long it take you to complete a level, and you get the freeze after playing for 10 seconds and the phone is 'stuck' for 20 seconds...when it starts responding again, you join the game and the timer shows that 30 seconds has elapsed. I have had this problem on 4.16, 5 and now 4R3BORN. I have not tried other ROMs except for one of the Silence ROMs, but I can't remember if I had the problem then, or on Sprint official ROM (mainly because I didn't have them long enough to play many games). So, does anyone else play games on this ROM notice this problem, or is this just my phone.

I will state up front that I have reflashed and then immediately hard reset the phone to make sure it was not something in memory.

I have been struggling for days with this.
I did not realize that the cab file copied the ppst file into the windows directory. i had looked for it many times....

I am getting sattelites on htc tool but not yet on google maps. BTW, I have the 4reborn rom and I still had to unlock via bored's cab in case anyone wonders--mighty mike posted that his rom unlocked it, but it did not for me.

It does unlock it. I've never ever had an issue on any Mighty Rom. What I've found out through talking to others is that on some Verizon Touch pro's, they are extremely finicky getting that first lock. But once you get it it usually is fine after that. In the link in my signature there is a ton of options for you to try. If you get sat lock in HTC GPS tool it should be fine in Google. Check the google settings. They are listed in my help post. Also did you properly update Quick GPS ?

By any chance did you hard reset after flashing the ROM ?

I do.. I have over 100 games on my Touch Pro. I do not experience the problem your having. So what games are giving you trouble. Lets see if I have the same ones.

My Location works totally fine in Googlemaps.. You just have to hit "Use GPS" first. it doesn't auto enable.

i remember reading that there was a hack for the keyboard.. so that u didnt have to hold down a letter for so long to get the number to print in field.. can anyone direct me to where i saw that?
