It is so funny that you say that beacause thats my favorite thing to do when I first boot a new rom is to swipe my finger back and forth and see how long it takes to respond , lol.

That is a NuePowerDriver thing not the rom , the first 10% (100-90%) is never accurate. Sometimes mine will drop to 92% within seconds of unplugging my TP in the morning and not just on this rom , any rom I have tried with percent battery display does this.

You cannot remove anything that is 'cooked' into the rom , unless it is installed during the customizations process as a cab.
