Best 6.5 ROM for SPB Mobile 3.0

What is the best ROM? I am currently using Copper but basic such as Opera or HTC album were not cooked in and now I am having major issues with the installed cabs and not able to delete them. Copper is nice a fast I hate to have to flash again but whats the best all around simple, fast, but has basics like listed above.
