Text Message Received has 3 hour difference

I posted this in KK's 2.0 Final ROM but no one repsonded, probably due to the release of his new rom byt my problem is simple...

Has anyone else had the problem with text messages being received with a 3 hour ahead time stamp? i tried the registry fix:

1) Goto HKLM/SOFTWARE/OEM/PhoneSetting
2) Add DWORD Value 'TrustTimeZoneField'
3) Set value = 0
4) Soft Reset

It did nothing Does anyone know of any other solutions? this s sreally annoying

I am from california but am in Atlanta, so that may be a problem but it didn't happen on my xv6900
