Editing via Mode9 Editior but how to save back as cab

I have downloaded the Mode9 Editor and been playing around editing the manila graphic file I modified it and saved it back to its original qt1 state however how do I save all the contents back to a CAB file.

If it matters I am editing a clock to make it transparent just for learning purposes and customizing to my liking and then save all the contents back to cab file so when it's installed on the phone I have clock.
