need help with phone,
 

so everytime i turn off my phone,or soft reset my phone it reboots it's self it takes a while to go to the windows 6.1 screen and then i have to go through the process as if i hard reset the phone,i just bought the phone a couple days ago off of ebay,and idk what to do..

Shouldnt be doig that at all. DO you have insurance, take it to the Sprint store and have it serviced.

Is there a Custom ROM on it?

I would flash it with a different ROM. Its also possible the phone is broken.

it's stock rom.no it's from ebay it doesn't have insurance.

Sounds like you bought a busted phone..... Ebay sucks. SORRY :(

I don't know if this may work or not but check the SPL see if its locked or unlocked. If its unlocked try relocking it. There seems to be a lot of hardreset problems lately.

i cant even try to unlock it,cause i have to soft reset cause it says msl grabber didn't work,that i have to quit it.So even if i tried unlocking the phone it wouldn't matter,because it would reboot itself.Yeah i probably bought a busted phone from ebay:disgust:

Have you tried contacting the seller?? I fear there many not be many other options for you at this point........

try putting it in flight mode before you even open the msl grabber program.
