The Biggest question, I know this is a basic rom, but does it have PIM Backup?

It's a 1 file exe program. Easy enough to have on your microSD card.

What is "UC compatible". i am assuming it will work on VZW with the cariers cab

User Customization. Means you can have cabs install by themselves.
