Re: StarROM 1.5 WM 6.5 5.2.21500 (Rhodium clock patched to G-Alarm)

For those wanting the new Opera, but need the TF3D tab to work... The reason it doesnt launch is due to the file locations. The old OperaL.exe (Opera Launcher) was located in \Windows\OperaL.exe. The new beta installs to \Program Files\Opera 9.5 Beta\OperaL.exe. SO... I searched the registry, but it appears that the TF3D launcher does not use the registry for shortcuts. My best guess is that someone would have to find the correct manilla file in \Windows, and edit it to point to the new file location. Frankly, it would probably be better to just go back to an older build, but if someone has the skills the new one can be made to work....

I Installed the older version of opera 15613 and it restored the link. Then installed the new version from post # 15 here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=64781&page=2

And everything links fine.

Re: StarROM 1.5 WM 6.5 5.2.21500 (Rhodium clock patched to G-Alarm)

Hey guys sorry for any confusion. but 1.6 will be out by the END OF THE WEEK. I missed the week in my last post.

On a side note NuegpsSecurity is actually in 1.5 and working. I just didn't add it in the log because I thought that it wasn't working. Turns out I was just using the wrong commands.

A few things I am working on for 1.6:
- slide 2 answer
- rhodium volume control
- some updated apps
- and some more nue things

slide 2 answer = S2U2? If so, will it be uninstallable? I much prefer the new 6.5 slide lock (using devicelock 1.1 with 'sleep on wake' enabled) to S2U2. I flashed to SR1.5 from SSK1.7 because he hard coded that in.

There's supposed to be some sort of registry key here:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wei Enterprises\nueGPSSecurity]
”Pin”=dword:0000

(as per: http://www.nuerom.com/BlogEngine/pos...SSecurity.aspx)

Didn't see it on my phone.

EDIT: I went back and checked.. it is there, and it's working!

No default PIN was set.. any idea what it should be? I had to manually add the DWORD value in the registry.

Slide 2 answer is part of the dialer its not a device lock like S2U2.
