Hey nice tip, I didnt even know about that little device lock program... I like that much better than trying to use a 3rd part program for locking. They always have wierd issues.

Now M$ just needs to allow your phone to unlock via the light sensor (like pocketshield).

EDIT: I always have to unlock twice, so thats kinda a pain... i'm going to try this reg edit: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...7&postcount=13

And everything links fine.
Thanks! This worked perfectly and I removed the Opera beta version

Didn't see it on my phone.

EDIT: I went back and checked.. it is there, and it's working!

No default PIN was set.. any idea what it should be? I had to manually add the DWORD value in the registry.
Default is 0000

To get Opera running it's pretty easy. Uninstall the beta and install the version posted above. No need to install an older vesion and then upgrade. To make Opera the default browser after installation do this:

With Opera running type (in the address bar) opera:config
Scroll dowen to "Install"
Check the "Browser first time launch" checkbox.
Exit Opera and restart it it - done!

There are some other ways of doing this (registry edits) floating around the different threads but this one is far easier.

Only sometimes does mine make me unlock twice. If you do the slide and then hold it at the end for an extra second it usually works.

Any way to get the lock screen to work on any push of the power button?

Yes, I'm using DeviceLock 1.1. I'd rather not but it's the only way I can get the top power button to make it lock (don't want to use the end key). Is there a fix? If not it's not THAT big of a pain, just a little annoying.
