Did a bit of digging on it, apparently the .cab is WM 6.x but it only works on certain ROMS--the guy who made the cab can't figure what is causing the program to break -- just that it's a ROM to ROM thing.

He should flash my rom.

Doesn't pandora require hardware/a subscription?
