Tis nice no?! Good move, and about that update... Still coming. My play day I was promoted outta nowhere and had a whole bunch of new goodies to read, and the job is wanting me to change out all my signs for a re-branding, wants to me to prep for t-mobile, gotta take everything outta the back room by monday, and doing a little extra since we lost our DM this week... I've got the base I want, just gotta build and upload. I think I've got a day off this week... :angry7: But I'm not bored atm.

am I reading there may be wispers of 2.1 coming to a RSTG ROM soon?????? I've been quite a fan of your MS3 versions and your last release is silky smooth. Now I'm thinking of running fuzeberry and MS3 with detacher and have everything. hmmm, flash now, flash sunday??????? the dilema begins.

Re: .-.. RSTG Custom Rom - Rhodium vG53.R1d.05 FuzeBerry II WM6.5 5/13/09

yep, can't wait. One question though. tf detacher runs when you push and hold "send," well voice command runs when you hold "send" How do I remap vc???

Maybe this is just the initialization period when I'm loading everything, but this seem to run slower than your MS3 versions???? installed gfx boost with no MS3 yet, but still seems slow?? RSTG your thoughts, comparing fuzeberry with your MS3
Autofill---ohhh, my, how do I kill that. I can't find SIP changer either

any help

This one needs re-built baaadddlly... Slated for sunday, but work may get in the way. I rhodium roms are a dime a dozen, I don't know why this keeps getting dug up. But I'll try and bring it back to greatness sunday morning...

A rebuild sounds would be awsome---do I hear 2.1???????? This version just looks great. A bit slow, but looks awsome. I read your week sounds a bit busy. I'll throw MS3 on top and just use that, minus the tf detacher and wait for the new version. I've been looking at this one for a while, glad I got a chance to use it.
Just to get everything inline for the new version, how would I map detacher to center pad instead of "send"?? I've tried the assigning buttons route but for some reason it doesn't work.

Re: .-.. RSTG Custom Rom - Rhodium vG53.R1d.05 FuzeBerry II WM6.5 5/13/09

So I've tweeked a few things and it seems to run a bit faster. Switching between landscape still has a bit of lag, not horrible, but a bit. Threw on MS3 with the expansion pack and it runs great. Have tf detacher running also so I can switch between tf and ms--so far everythings running smooth. Not quite as smooth as your out the door ms3 wm6.5, but i really do like your style on fuzeberry. Love the skull background and the rest of your wallpapers.

I know you said you may be reworking this version- here's my weak 2 cents
-landscape lag
-miss matched colors on tabs, some are blue (rad) some are pee yellow (not rad)
-pandora for some reason doesn't play well
-S2U2 2.4 doesn't play well (well the first call doesn't play well-forgot to call myself)
Just a bit of an annoyance, but all in all it's running rock solid.

Great icons!! Awsome theme. Like I said, running ms3 on top with detacher, gives me the best of both worlds (gfx is running too)
  • Change file system cache to 8MB
  • Change file system filter cache to 131072
  • Change Glyph cache to 32KB
EDIT: had to map detacher to "send" so my voice command is out--which sucks because I use it for BT in car dialing--any hints on how to fix?

Just flashed and took a quick peek under the hood-looks pretty good (for the 30 seconds I looked before reflashing) one note though (and this happened on the last version too) after initalization, and salign the screen, I get to the "HTC" screen after customizations, and it says "unable to launch Touch Flow 3d, press here to try again" It looks as though customizations have gone through, and it only happens on the initial flash????? No biggie since it doesn't happen on the re-flash.

Alright, just finished cusomizations--------looks GREAT, going to take it for a spin.

Pandora gives me a "DEBUG ASSERTION FAILED!" -- any fixes??
Voice command no worky

Going to put MS3 on top, but still like using your manila-so I'm going to use a detacher to run between both. Detacher uses "send" key and so does voice command, does anyone know how to map the detacher to the center d-pad...or any other key for that matter.

Having a problem seeing today on the calendar (30 and 31 cut off this month) but installed tf3d retractslider and fixes the prob..another one is DV LP slider up (works/looks best)****I had nothing to do with the production of these cabs---found them at NRG's--give thanks there****

RSTG- this looks really good-Thank you for all the work you put into making my phone look rad

EDIT--touch response busted also, tried installed--no worky. Installed my own, still no worky. Not a big deal, just FYI RSTG

Pandora? Whats up with that program? I may download it and give it a whirl when I get time. I'll give them others a workout as well see if we can't fix those as well..

This would be the old one, 2.0. I didn't see any advantage to the the new one and I had problems with both of the starting up with my rom base... With either one, boot rate was 50%.

Anyone know of any problems/fixes with 6.5 and rhodium? I think I missed something somewhere...

Thanks for the touch response fix.

Pandora's pretty slick on long trips--let's me "pick" which music I want and not shuffle my entire library.
Did a bit of digging on it, apparently the .cab is WM 6.x but it only works on certain ROMS--the guy who made the cab can't figure what is causing the program to break -- just that it's a ROM to ROM thing.

just a cab---i listen to it on my laptop all the time. It sets a personal "radio" station based on an artist or song and then you can say "yes or no" to the rest of the songs it thinks you may like...your account works for both mobile and your laptop-so whatever you choose on laptop goes to mobile and vise versa

biggest bug fix in 2.1 that will probably keep me a fan of 2.1+ forever and not go back to 2.0 is probably that the worldclock bug is completely gone, worldclock works 100% now and i have no worries that my hour or appointments may jump around. another great fix is that portrait-landscape draw speed is damn near instant now...and there are already a few mods that have been made already to make it work like we liked before (compacthome, alltabsbg, panoramic mod, etc..)

RSTG this is really a good rom. After trying several 6.5's out there namely the Mighty's, Merdins, Silence, psyki and Silent joker I have found that keeping it simple is the way to go. I guess I'm getting too old for the flashy flashing and really am enjoying your rom. I went back to this one and wow I forgot how nice and simple it is. Anyway just wanted you to know that I appreciate your time and effort to make my life better with a really good looking gadget phone. (Cellular South Touch Pro)
One question though after all of that will that new panorama back ground work with your rom? I had with psyki rom and it was really cool looking.
Again thanks. =D>

Glad your enjoying the rom. And I think that panormic background thing is the big advantage to rhodium 2.1, I've got the xbmod's 2.0 in this one. But I've been out of the game for a while and would welcome anyone to step in and give us all a little clarification...

Did a bit of digging and XDA has a panoramic wallpaper "maker" program--but it says it's for 2.1???????? Ya'll can give it a shot...My wallpaper consists of taking a picture with the lense blacked out so I get a black backgroung, it's my "i'm inside of a cave panorama"
