All kinds of things can possibly corrupt your sd card/ even a harddrive were it will function except for some really finicky processes (like the bootloader). you can flash with any micro sd card even 16gb ones its just key to make sure its formated properly. my one friend has his MCSE and got mad when he couldn't flash but he formatted his card fat and not fat32 LOL

I have Verizon Wireless and and my bootloader says:

SPL-0.40.0000
Micro-Raph (LED) v8182
MicroP-Raph (KEY) v0682
PSOC Raph STAGE_EVT v20

Does this mean I am locked again? My HTC Touch Pro has lost all touch screen functions and I need to take it back to verizon, so I want to make sure that it is properly locked back up. Thanks.
