Help: How to "savestate" in a ROM for future flashing

This kind of question has probably been answered before, and I would greatly appreciate a push in the right direction, but I am unsure what to search for for this sort of inquiry.

I have the Sceptre 1.5 ROM installed, customized to my preference, but I want to try a few other ROMS. However, I don't remember all of the various customization I have done, and was wondering if there was a way to essentially create my own customized version of this ROM. As in, extract the ROM, as is, from my TP for future flashing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
