quick gps isnt working..for me anyway. great rom! way cool to have you back!!

I just check mine and it update while i was sync'd. It does seem to fail when you manually attemp to update the first time. When I have that issue I normally soft reset then try again. Usually works then

i get "quickgps cannot be opened. either it is not signed with a trusted certificate....yada yada yada". i did falsh stock and hard reset. not really a big deal though gps still locks fairly quick without it and the rom is solid.

finally decided to try this even though i'm pretty hooked on 230++ builds.

i hate asking for mirrors, but i can't sit here and let it download at 22kb all night.

i've disconnected and tried to re-download 4-5 times. just really slow

I just checked and you are correct. The server load much be pretty high right now. I know it will normally go between 200 and 300kb. Let me look at some of my other storage sites to see if their bandwidth is better tonight.

glad you posted the screenshots. Pretty much like i thought.

i still might try you on this.

one thing that is important to me is battery life. Not that the TP is awesome with the battery, but there are various roms that i've tried that are better than others.

how is this in your experience?

I wont know for sure until I use it for a couple of days. Today it done fine for me though. I left out at 6am and didn't get back til 4pm. The battery was still at 70%. Not really a high usage day but it did get used plenty. But there is also the factor of radio and signal that have a huge impact aswell.

Just for the record there are some standard tweaks for battery improvement included in the construction of the ROM.
