have you got the new VZN gps stuff added? if so that may need some work, like i said in my other post.

bored, i may have found the artifact issue. just installed the gps fix from the sticky on the TP main forum and had the same thing happen. everything had run fine till i did that. not sure what the problem is.

OK, i think im getting ready to toss this thing out the window. did a hard reset, did the GPS fix first, now it works just fine. this phone is pi$$ing me off. now i have to reload EVERYTHING yet again and do all the reg hacks. jesus i think this thing if going to get me a stroke or an ulcer.

If you install PPST2.01.cab and go thru the steps you wont need to reinstall after you hard reset. Only my original gps fix need to be reinstalled after a hard reset. Pretty much because it was a hacked PRI that I created.

How about this.... pm me a list of what you want installed in your rom and let me cook you one... even included the cabs for programs you are installing... if i can find or make a oem package I will cook those in aswell

doing the reinstall could be whats causing the problem. thanks for the offer, but i like doing the build as light as i can get it then add things in as .cab's so i can uninstall or update with no issues. i dont even cook in opera or google maps.

If you can make the verizon notification optional, the auto contact search is kind of a pain, but I just go add recipient to avoid it. Those are the only things I have run into... Other than that, its a nice piece!

the notification can be easily done.... I'm still not sure what is going on with the search but I will try to resolve it before the release
