Hey Merdin, I forget if this was resolved already, but everytime I sync my phone, I have to confirm the sync through my phone by entering in my doman and password and stuff (I have no password so i just click ok), the remember my password box is checked but the screen still comes up everytime I plug in my computer and it tries to sync. Was there any workaround for this?

Basically EV shows you connected on the high speed EVDO data network, and 1x shows the slower voice/data network.

The way Sprint has their network built, all the voice calls are carried over the 1x network (which is stardard for CDMA), and data is carried over EVDO channels, with 1x as the backup.

how did you setup the initial sync?

I have never had this problem before. I have windows xp and I ran the normal sync process that windows uses to setup a new sync for a mobile device. I have sync with the checkbox checked to allow faster synchronization through windows....what exactly do you mean how did I set up the initial sync? I've used the same process each time I upgrade the ROM version but am getting this sync screen that asks for the password for the first time.

Humm.. for some reason that did not fix the EPST problem for me. I am going to try a hard reset again and see if that helps at all. I also suddenly have broken data so maybe the 2 are related. Rom worked perfectly for me the first 2 days. I will report back after a hard reset.
