ROM with HD Video Player?

Sorry if this is already out there, but I just got my video cables and The only slightly HD video I can get is the HTC youtube player. I want a ROM that might come with The Core Pocket or something to play full length internet or SD movies because I tired installing the one from the VP6 new Video thread. So trust me I googled and searched and tried, yet to fail with my head down. So please help me out(ROM with HD/VGA video player)

Juggalo Carbon does not have it(or at least the version I have)
