yes it is the free version there is no pro version out. i have 2 applets included with it. Big Clock and the MEssaging one.

The reason I chose PointUI is becaue its was more responsive then TF3D. Also it only uses about 13 mb of program memory when running.

I'm tryin out your work silentjoker. Pretty nice and fast. I never used pointui before but I kinda like it. Here are some things I noticed, some major, some minor:
1. MMS gives me a delivery fail after about 2 seconds whenever i try to send a pic.
2. Pointui was not set as the default today item. Getting Started was the only one checked.
3. The annoying SMS sent confirmation is not removed.
4. You only have 3 ringtones in this Rom.
5. Data connection icon (top of screen, next to speaker icon) arrows are constantly lit, which indicates data currently transmitting or receiving. This is a known problem that came up a month or 2 ago and is caused by some other program. Just can't remember which one off the top of my head.
6. Finger scrolling through the video list in the HTC YouTube app is not working right. It's not very smooth at all. I've used dozens of other custom roms and it was just never like that.
One last thing, it did not reset after initial customizations. Maybe you set it that way, I just never seen that before.
I did a hard reset after initial flash, to see if that would fix the MMS. no luck.
Very nice work though. Everything else is workin good.

awsome thanks for feedback.

1. If mms fails within 1-2 seconds its not connecting to internet. I updated the mms settings in new revision ill post soon here. It will include 2 server settings cuase it seems some users need different server urls(i dont know why but thats alltel). So let me know when u try 1.0 about mms. I use Alltel MMS no Alltel MMSC setting.
2. PointUI not being started up auto had been corrected just mis checkmarked.
3. SMS sent notification is removed( error on my half)
4. Ringtone and sounds are added aswell didnt noticed i forgot them till i recived a txt and it did a beep.
5. Data connection always connected and send/rec data is cuase of pointui world applet and today screen. The today screen has a google ticker for news and world appplet does some weird stuff i havent figureed out yet. Im trying to disable them from being auto loaded. Should be fixed in 1.0.
6. YouTube scrolling is controled with the touchflo it works ok on my phone if i dont move fast but the faster i scroll the less acurate it is. Ill see if i can fix this some.

it should load up and work. You may have to install mms settings for sprint. If you can load it up and try it let me know of any errors or bug you get so when i go to setup sprint rom ill know.

Just flashed, first experience with Touch UI, It's blazing fast, love the look and feel of both your rom, and the UI. Can't wait to find out what's in the pipe, very refreshing change of pace over Touchflo. Using Sprint with no problems, data, mms (after sprint mms cab install), everything working fine. All i have to say is that.... This is the fastes rom i've ever tried. And i have tried almost all of them in this site. so far i havent encounter any major problems. I haven't been avail to test sprint picture mail becuase i have poor covarage in my area. A few things that i think is missing is the fast charge driver and a battery monitor software. If you can recommend one that I can try it will be great. but so far is working for me in sprint. I will keep playing with it to see the batter life on this rom.

Only comments I have are:
1) needs a battery % left indicator icon at the top of the home screen (at least I didn't see it there)

2) the software keyboard had keys that were too small to be useful. How about changing to a different one with bigger keys?

1. Sounds worth while i was working on seeing if it was possible to get the % where it is in point ui. If you missed it it shows signal on the left and battery on the right of the center at the bottom. and its in all the menus except programs :(. But will add it in.

2. I took out all SIP keyboard and didnt notice i checked one since we have the slide keybboard. So i will have to fix that. Was thinking of putting up a keyboard i used to use on my 6800 touch since it didnt have a keyboard. just gonna have to dig for it.

Oops. Missed that battery indicator there on the bottom of the screen. Guess I'm not used to looking down there for it. Thanks for the heads up. Either way, I think the % indicator would be a good addition at the top of the screen; it would be more precise than the 3 or 4 bar one included with PointUI. Thanks for checking out a new software keyboard. I look forward to the next version...

i've used point ui before and i liked it but like usual, as soon as i felt i had setup the "perfect" touch pro, i reflashed and had to start all over!!!! personally i was never too thrilled about tf3d. i disabled it quick like when i 1st got my pro. *NO OFFENSE INTENDED TO ANYONE WHOS ROM IVE USED BECAUSE I GREATLY APPRECIATE WHAT EVERYONE HAS DONE* but its cool that you went your own route and put a whole new twist to a rom. thats whats up!1

i havent really messed with it but i guess with sprite backup you can save setups and stuff with it. so say u load a rom and they update some stuff on it and you reflash to it. you just run ur backup and poof back to the setup you have had. this is a good thing but not. cause if they update some things that effect ur backup its gonna cuase problems.

i also got tired of resettting up my phone settings etc. now when i flash all i do is load dashwire and it loads my contacts back from the online database i can update anywhere and change my ringtones(if i feel to). I may change some small other things like try out some new applets for home 2 or new programs but thats different stuff.

Has anyone tried on at&t. I havent read much about at&t tp yet. Or even a vzw tp? I know the pagefile is 16 and normally vzw use around 9. But just wondering.

So far Im liking the rom. Just a few things.. How do i change the Big Clock from 24hr clock to 12 hr? Also The option to enable the large start menu doesnt work. Any way to fix that?
