I am referring to the problem which was why Juicy removed the first link he posted today. I just want to make sure that the new one that I just downloaded is not a cached one like he said might happened.

pop it open, detach and reattached the highlighted cables...

works like a charm

I know there is a way to do it, I was running Mighty 4.14 and added TP@ with fixes a and b, I found a link somewhere (I believe it was somewhere on PPCGeeks) that had steps to add cities, on of them being install weather master. I got it to work but after I installed fix 1c I had too many problelms and had to hard reset, now I cant get it working as well as it did with my previous setup. Shoulda done a backup.

"EnableManilaStartMenu"=dword:00000001 change the dword to 0

and if you want Programs tab then download attached file

Ok, now here is what angers me. I don't know Juicy personally but assuming he is the kind of person i can create in my mind who is very obsessive over perfection (Thank you bud), I know that he will search for these issues even though they aren't there. Here goes, let me see if i can't save Juicy some trouble and tell you which of these is real and which isn't.

First, SOFT RESET ONCE YOU GET EVERYTHING RUNNING. My SMS from manilla works flawlessly, not one issue.

The All Messages softkey does work, once again the first time you hit it it will take some time to load up PATIENCE. If it doesn't work, SOFT RESET, and then try again.

Contacts, the bar on the bottom doesn't work BUT THERE IS A DROP DOWN MENU NOW! So why would that bottom bar even matter? At least there is in my case.

Manilla start buton is flawless, navigate to your registry and you can change everything and make it so you can add your own custom set. It is a cool little setup that HTC has going on.

Can't verify contact page bug.

My clock is working fine.

Weather, as stated can be made to display your own custom city. Only issue i have with weather tab is that if you click on it it will attempt to add another city even if you don't select the option, seems to be a bug with the fact you are clicking it.

Bluetooth bug is verified, but this is understandable.

FN button works, if you had old build well get the new one and it will work.

NOW SO I CAN ANSWER A TON OF QUESTIONS IN ONE POST.

FIX YOUR START MENU *use registry program and navigate to*

HKLM/Software/HTC/Manilla/Program Launcher/ *change 0,1,2,3,4 options that say "IsReadOnly" to 0

TADA you have a working start menu.

ADD YOU CITY TO THE CURRENT LIST, YOUR OWN PERSONAL CITY THAT IS!
