After using this build, It's soo fast that I'm not even paying attention to the little sizing/GUI issues. I kinda like it anyway. ie. GarminXT Mobile runs fast on full detail for the first time EVER.

Tru Dat! Before TFlo I had a seriously customized PocketPlus setup. It was the only way I could get quick access to everything. It wasn't pretty but it was functional as hell.

Yes, I also tried Titanium, but when back to TF3D, much more friendly and easier at getting information.

I like the direction that MS is heading w WM 6.5.1... but 23037 is a first stab at 6.5.1 and I don't feel that it's ready from a usability standpoint yet.

Moving the buttons to the bottom and reducing the width of the upper notification bar is a big step in the right direction. But it will take a while for some must-have apps to be updated to work with 6.5.1.

The finger friendliness of some of the native WM dialogs still has work to be done. If I recall correctly (I reverted back to a prior Juicy build) the sounds and notifications settings dialogs were a PITA. They increased the size of the font on the screens but did not enable finger scrolling on the dialog which made changing settings a PITA. In all it seemed like the dialogs were half-way between stylus and finger operation. MS still has work to do.

As soon as a reverted back to a WM6.5 build I already missed the buttons on the bottom. So they must be doing something right. It was good to try it out.

Anyone Interested In A Working Programs Tab For Manila 2.1?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=554330

-I threw in an additional/optional reg file in the cab's zip folder that will map the Right Softkey on Manila's HomeTab to the Programs Tab.

-As an afterthought- It has a default of 32 items (8 rows in Portrait). I didn't need nearly that many so I dropped it to 20 items (6 rows). I feel like no programs are lost in the middle rows anymore either. You'll see what I mean.

I can't get this to work on my Sprint Touch Pro with Juicy 8. I tried both CAB and Manual Installers and I get no programs tab! What do I do?

They can do more "finger-friendly" operations without taking up half the screen as well.

I never had to take my stylus out before this release, either. I'm hoping MS improves WM quick, because I'm planning on jumping ship soon if there's nothing to keep me. TBH, if it wasn't for TF3D, I probably would have left already. I try using Titanium all the time and I always end up going back to TF3D.

The bottom bar is bigger but they shrunk the top bar by almost the same amount. I think we lost two - four pixels of height. You have very nimble fingers my friend. :)

Because it's not Microsoft's task manager, it's HTC's.
