Just curious -- getting pretty slow data connection using J8b2 (slow compared to J7), specifically the connection phase of it. You guys seeing that?

Hello to all.

I have been using the latest build since its release and have had few issues outside the normal manila bugs.

Two things I have noticed:

1. The OS seems to be degrading/getting slower after a few weeks - very noticeable in the last 4-5 days, no changes in useage or programs installed.
2. The 3G data connection randomly turns on now leading to battery drain. I do not have any push email, weather, stocks or other programs set to automatically connect. I use the end button to disconnect after any 3G use.

Any ideas?

On a side note, I concur, each version should have its own thread (J5, J6, J7, J8...).

And on another completely unrelated note, if you are on Facebook Juicy47, make sure you get your named URL before someone jacks it. I wanna be a fan of all the cool people. :mrgreen:
