A little bored and saw that the rom uses the standard winmo boot screen so took the new logo and made a new one for those that might like to show a little more juicy pride. Just rename to welcomehead92.png and place in windows directory.

Edit: Due to Blawicki's positive criticism, I tried making another. Still not the level of the genius's we have here but its something for those who want to change the splash screen.

I wish I did but I am not one of the guys that is graphically talented with these programs. I'm sure I could read tutorials and learn a lot more but the guys we have here already do too good of work for me to compete. Just wanted to provide a little something..Maybe ill try something a little more complex so stay tuned lol

Is it possible to change the two bottom shortcuts (phone / Camera) of touch flo main screen?

Answer (I think)

HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila:

HomeLSKPath = executable path left softkey
HomeLSKText = Text for left Softkey

HomeRSKPath = executable path right softkey
HomeRSKText = Text for right Softkey

That didn't work. It would still hang. I figured it out though, thanks for the help either way!

I had the same thing happen -- I flashed the first time and it got the the customization bit, at which point I did a hard reset -- after that no matter how many times I soft/hard reset it just kept sticking at the Windows Mobile screen.

Ended up having to drop back to my boot loader and reflash from there, now it's working fine.
