Cannot Enter Bootloader!
 

I am trying to flash with SSK 1.5 and i already successfully followed the instructions on how to unlock the phone using Hard SPL specifically for the verizon version. Now... i cannot enter bootloader mode at all which means i cannot flash the device.

Also, as a side note... would i need to flash a new radio if i flash a new ROM like SSK 1.5?

You could always run the Updater utility rather than flashing from your memory card.... BUT I would want to make sure the phone is actually unlocked first, and that'll take entering boot loader. (From what I know)

While I was still using the VZW version (shudder) I do remember that certain ROMs seem to cause issues getting into bootloader mode.

Thats not true.

No installed ROM will stop you from getting to boot loader (manually anyways).

OP, do this.........

Vol Down, Power, soft reset.... That will manually place you in bootloader mode with tri color screen. From there connect and flash via USB. Thats my preffered method.

Second.,ly if this doesnt work please be more descriptive with your problem. Give errors, etc.

Also, you may want to bring this to my thread or the unlocker thread. I woudl look in the unlocker thread frist.

Thanks man! Thats the method i am trying to use. I already used the unlocker but have not tried to flash with a rom yet.

Awesome! It says Security Unlocked and i connected the USB and now it says USB! Thanks for the custom rom ill be flashing it right now!

Successfully Flashed! Awesome! Now i can flash my phone to your cooler raoms in the future!~

Good... Glad you got it in booloader.

Security unlocked doesnt mean anything. Look at your boot loader version. Should say .35.comonex. If it does that means you are really unlocked.

Because you see USB on the phone screen it means you are ready. Make it happen and then come join the fun in my thread.....

Where did the option to do a hard reset go? i want to make sure i do it right
