change today screen on juggalo rom?

How do i change the today screen picture on the juggalo rom? ive tried under settings but it wont show with the touch flo on.

Settings tab in TF3D / Wallpaper

Where do I find that at? I went to settings touchflo and theres no option there. Point me in the right direction.

On your Home screen u have TF3D(touch flo) plugin with alof of tabs go to one that says settings and you ll see option for wallpaper.

I still could not figure this out. Too much madden and nba 09 live has rotted my brain.
