Help!!!! White Screen Of Death!!!!

1 second my phone was working fine, then i hit the power button to turn display off and when i tried to turn it back on 5 mins later, it showed a blank white screen. i've soft reset it and hard reset it, it boots up past the htc symbol but when the winmo welcome screen should be showing its a white screen, i've even tried flashing to new rom, does same thing every time, any help?
