**fixed** recover from flashing!

hi guys,
I really hpoe if any one can help me! I did update my phone with custom ROM (this is not the first time I do flash my phone) and every thing was ok until my phone reboot after flashing finish. but now I can't boot to my phone (window mobile) to use Microsoft Active Sync and can't get to bootloader any more what can I do?

PS:I did flash DJs New ROM 5 and I post over there but no help!
