I went ahead and installed the cab version and everything works great. Only thing that is missing is the HD people tab. Everything except the date is in black.

Somehow, I'm confused. What's the newest working version and does it need the hotfixes posted? It's hard to follow the 186 pages as to what's newest.

4.12 is the latest, you don't need anything extra.
