I was going to flash this but I saw the reviews. Just clear your text messages, call history, temp data and you will be good as new. My phone is snappy again.

IF you installed S2u2 on your phone, make sure that in s2us settings, that Keyboard hook is turned on.

Suggestion, if you are not getting any locks with GPS, try manually setting the GPS to com 4 in the application you are using and see if that helps.

Sounds like it would work but I really don't care too much for S2U2.

I found by enabling the assited GPS option in advance config tool 3.3 I was able to get satelite locks using google maps.

um that didnt work for me after playing with it for a while i found out that it has sumthing to do with tfl3d because win i disable it it shows and works fine so im just not using tfl3d for now any other help would be appreciated tho

What a great ROM!! Very Fast! And my issue that my phone will get hot with just having bluetooth on , is gone and its even cooler when its charging with blue bluetooth enable. I even got 14 hours of use with moderate use, and stille have 40% battery left. Going to charge it up again and use it even more and see what i get out the phone, Thanks for the Rom JD Note: I still cant Beejive to work all the time. Still trying to figure that out. and i have tested the GPS either with this rom.

ok is it just me or can u not disable the sliding sound because every time i do some how it turns its self back on and i cant stand that sound so any help

GPS only seems to work with Googlemaps. Trying to access GPS through Tomtom or Garmin will lock the device for a while and will not find the GPS device. Besides that, the rom is nice and quick.

Start < Setting < Systems < Sliding Sound There you go :) This things switch so fast :) even the G sensor in the TF3d pictures is super fast :)

JD, your rom is working excellent but unfortunately im having the same problem as some others with getting gps to work. Ive made sure location is enabled and also tried manually settings com 4 in google maps with no success. I did manage to get it to work once in google maps and sprint nav but after that one time ive been unable to get a lock.

If there is anything you could suggest to try to fix it or help you narrow down the problem let me know as Id be happy to help out.

Info on which radio\pri\prl im using is in my sig if that helps at all.

I just extracted the two files and my corporate version of McAfee 8.5i found a 'generic.dropper' trojan in the CustomRUU file. Has anyone else found that? Or is my McAfee just being over cautious?

I am having a wierd issue I don't think I have had before. Maybe just me, or simple fix.

I have activesync set to get email as it arrives during peak time only. During non-peak time I have it set to manual. This issue is that it still checks for email every so often during non-peak time. Activesync says "last connected at ####", and will continue to change as it syncs periodically. Not a major issue of couse, but it gives annoying alerts in the middle of the night telling me I have a new email.

Sorry, 1 more question:

What is the default pagepool on 4.0? Typically it was set to 6 and I new what to search for with a Hex Editor to change it. Its not finding that string so I assume the pagepool is set higher.

Have the GPS issue, the trojan issue, and I can't use my custom themes. I use Mobile Matt' Fuzeberry, and the 15-tab Theme from XDA. Installing either gets a "Launching Touch Flo 3D" loop. Any hep is appreciated, but otherwise a great ROM!

EDIT: BTW, any way to get the word completion to act right?

Opera youtube didn't work, install jugg opera, opera keep opening, clear storage doesn't work. Change wall paper doesn't work... instead of that.. rom is superfast....
