Can anyone point me in the direction of 2.5 landscape files?

You would have to stay away from 6.5.x and go with a 6.5.
I believe thats anything less than 22000... ie. 21xxx

That is correct except for 23017 and those builds.

Has not been ported to VGA as of yet.

That's what I thought, but I also thought I had heard some of the newer ROMs had several of the tabs working in landscape. Apparently I was mistaken. That explains why searching brought no results. Thanks!

hey guys, I have been lurking around here for a while ever since i last flashed 28011 w/ calks vga kitchen. I was so excited, I thought I would share the good news w/ my vga buddies (but I am sure some of you know this)....

The keyboard on my TP is flaking out again. Brought it to a repair center and they said they can replace it w/ a TP2 (only other WM phone w/ a touch screen in Sprint's lineup), but it's on backorder. They told me to try calling Sprint. Sprint basically said to f**k off and can only send another TP. So, the store tech said he will order me a TP for the time being, and when the TP2 is off backorder, I can get that. But who wants to wait for backorder??

So I called Sprint tech support, and after explaining my situation, they said they can send me a TP2 at no cost but I have a pending order and only one can be done at a time (damn!). So, I called the store to cancel it and they said they cant until the phone is in the store. He said take the new TP when it comes in (today) and call Sprint to send you the TP2 and a return envelope. I confirmed this with Sprint and I should hopefully be able to get a TP2 by Friday.

Can't wait to try Calk's WVGA kitchen! If any of you are having any issues w/ your TPs, def try doing what I did.

I read where this kitchen utilizes the 6.5 native kernel, but when I open s000 from nk.exe in OEMXIPKERNEL, it shows wm616_21051

I believe OEMXIPKERNEL is just the info about the device so it can be used over and over again for each build. MSXIPKERNEL is where it contains info about the newer builds itself

"OEMXIPKernel makes up the device-specific part of NK, and MSXIPKernel makes up the device-agnostic part of NK. When porting from your current WM version to 6.5, you want to keep OEMXIPKernel as is, and only change the MSXIPKernel files and modules."

Thanks for the response. So how can you tell if you have a native 6.5 kernel ? I'm currrently building with 28011 and 28014

Not sure if im right, but I think all 6.5 builds are nk, 6.1 and previous builds will be <=21058 and are not native kernel because it will not be able to take advantage of the new virtual memory that are in the 6.5 builds.
