Hey Cal I am running your 21051 kitchen and when ever I do a soft reset I have to in and change the Ring and Vibrate option any clue.. Is there a fix for this any body experienceing this with the 23001 build..

I too am having the problem with the ring style. I have to go back and change it when I reboot. I also cannot get a startup animation to work.

Hey Bro I am using your 6.5 rom and I like the Titanium it is very user friendly I like the way the bars are so wid being I have fat fingers. Your Rom for Titanium and Energy for touchflo 6.5 I use for standared 6.5 rom and psyki for 6.1

Hey Cal...Great release as usual.

a few questions though... First three are probably stuff I should ask Bepe

1 - Can I add some custom sounds to the rhodium ringtones package and copy them to the windows folder instead of rings by adding them to the initflashfiles.txt? Or is there more to it than that?
EDIT: Nevermind figured it out!


2 - Is there anyway to save the selections file from buildos so I can reload selections and tweak as needed?

3 - Can I simply add OEM packages to the package folder or do I have to update some other file so BuildOS knows to list it?

I'm basically trying to create a master selections and setup that will allow me to flash a pretty much complete setup with all my customizations.

Also on a side note...
I been working with the 21051 build for the most part...Some things I have found....

1 - The default clock selected in build os is unreadable with the rhodium manila engines and selections.
2 - My contact card crashes phone when you go to edit in landscape mode
3 - Album 3.0 doesn't load up when you try and use it to select a picture for my contact card (I'm gonna try 2.5 instead)

As for others reporting ring changes on reboot I have not had that issue at all!
re: Bluetooth Icon not showing, Not sure this is relevant but there was an issue with the early tachi dialer regarding a missing BT icon...There was a fix for that at XDA on the tachi dailer thread.

All in all a great kitchen! I finally have a stable 6.1 based version of rhodium exactly how I want it!

Regarding TF3D-2 garbled random access... not sure if a fix has been posted in here, but I found this in Juicy's forum. It makes the letters a bit clearer instead of overlapped.

Hi, does anyone have problems with the fingerkeyboard or something else. I can't write fast, because when i use hardware keyboard, it put a line aftethe the next word, then it doesn't write any letter before it disappear. Calkulin or someone, does anyone have a fix?

I've cleared storage and tried several times, every time I reboot the ring style changes back to Ring only. Also the "shortcut is not found" when I press and hold the talk button. I have it set to voice command.......anyone else having these problems?

Im no noob at flashin but I must be doing something very wrong here.....When it comes to the actual flash after I build from the kitchen, it just hangs and then disappears. Anyone else have this issue?

**EDIT** searched the thread again and found it may have to do with the long filename. Will try that first

Can you post a screenshot? I have auto complete turned off and in the finger keyboard options HTC xT9, both SMS name suggestion and Text word suggestion are disabled and it's STILL autocompleting.. This rom is almost perfect but that autocomplete is sooo frustrating to type with.
