But HTC is who needs to fix that issue. (And thats why Juicy wont do a 6.5.1 ROM right now... He spends time making sure ALL the HTC software is correctly integrated)

So far no problems with a custom mp3 ringtone as my ringer but I haven't had to soft reset yet. |

Has anyone tried manually applying a *.prl?
EPST crashes and turns off my phone as soon as I click "Yes, I want to update these items." After this, I installed a cab for just the Update Profile & PRL and those work fine. I just thought this was little strange cause I've never had the phone Shut off on error; it would usually soft-reset. |

Re: [ 10-22 ][ v4.1 ][ 6.5.1 / 6.5 / 6.1 ] Calkulin's Visual HTC Kitchen & ROMs
Ok, finally got to the bottom of the ringer problem I've had with 23064, 71, and 81... it's Manila:
Select ringetone either using manila or wm settings, all's well until I go to Manila Settings > Sounds and set it to 'Silent' (which I do often in meetings & at night). At this point the ringtone has already been zapped out (mine defaults to first ringtone in list when viewed in wm settings). When I set ringer back to 'normal' from silent' ringer won't actually make a sound until I manualy choose a ringtone via either Manila or wm settings. Would anyone care to reproduce these steps? Maybe we can find the solution...
