Couldn't get it to work. Crashed the kitchen after I replaced the original files with the files above. Also, where does Base_DPI_96 folder go?

You don't replace the folders, you overwrite the originals, as there are other components from the 23060 build that are still required. That's why I say BACKUP

You don't need the Base_DPI_96 folder: it's for lower resolution phones.

Sorry, I wasn't clear - I did not replaced the folders. I copied the ones you provided on top of the old ones replacing only duplicate files. I did not use the 96 folder. I will try again, maybe I messed it up somehow.

Found the problem!
It's because the LS_.cpr files are in ROM.
All I did was:
-Copy the files to my SD card.
-Edit their properties with RescoExplorer to remove the Read Only Property.
-Copied them back to \Windows and overwrote the ROM files (Use Total Commander if you don't have Resco).

Here are the files with unchecked Read Only.

When extracting 23060 it says the nbh file is corrupt
