I tried out the spinlock dealio and a few other things to boost sys performance, but i never did any benchmark testing. Nue2chem is doing some crazy stuff over there at nuerom.com!

Well, I have them installing during UC, but the TitaniumWeather always throws an error when I try to open it's "Menu" or settings app. This forces me to re-install it after my phone reboots from UC and re-import my xml file with all the Weather settings... PITA.

So, does your method suffer from this problem? Or is all good in the hood? Would you be willing to try my method to see if you get the error using the UC method? This way we can know for sure that your method works better or that I am doing something wrong...

err sorry for the incomplete response.... I'd do a search on XDADEVS site or even on here for the OEM packages or even the cabs. I'm getting bombarded with all these plugins and what not for chome, i feel more at home with TF3D-2 when it's running solid.

Well, yeah that's what I tried. But the OEMs conflict with the OEMs in Calkulin's kitchen.

Edit: Just saw your second post. I did do the search and that is how I found the PPCKitchen.org OEMs. Those didn't play nice. I obviuosly have the cabs, but see my post #2132...

Side note: THIS THREAD SHOULD BE A STICKY!!! I FALL MORE IN LOVE WITH THE KITCHEN EVERYDAY!! My fav is the tool to save my default BuildOS selections. And this my seem to be a small "nicety" but the icons in the HTC Taskmanager drop down are friggin' sweet!!

I am new here, but I want to download the v1.8
OS 5.2.21728 (build 21728.5.0.2) ROM. I can click everything except the ROMS. They don't have an underline and are not clickable. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks,

Okay guys, here's a contribution for ya...

1) Change the file extention of the attatched txt file to lnk
2) Run the attatched cab during UC
3) Copy the Pictures & Videos.lnk to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs during UC

If you do this, HTC Album will be the default picture viewer and when you click on a photo in the Titanium Photo plugin, HTC Album will open it. This was tested on HTC Album 3 in build 21728, but should work on 2.x as well. If you need the stock Pic and Vids app, use the shortcut that was copied during UC. I use the stock app to set my today wallpaper.

Hope it comes in handy!

I use the OEM included in the Kitchen for Weather and only added the CABs for CVolume and Titanium Notifactions. I don't get any error. I would try again but my phone is running sooo smooth and I don't want to reflash til I'm onto the next build.
