Those are separate from the new Manila.

Check here and pay special attention to who is developing the cdma touch pro rom.

And yes it can run on a build under 21xxx, but you need the gwes.exe and gwes.exe.0409.mui from build that is 21xxx.

I've attached the gwes files that you'll need for a rom under 21xxx. Just copy them to the Windows folder.

Backup you phone before doing this. It worked fine for me, but better backup first just in case.
I tried this with total commander and it wont over write the files. How did you get this to work?

I use Resco Explorer. You can try and copy them over ActiveSync.

Tried over activesync and and it did it successfully, but then i hit the reset button a couple minutes later to restart it and it just froze on the first boot screen. Couldn't get past that, so i just flashed con's new fixed rom.

Working GPS? Did you set IP in QPST? I am confused about this because SUPL AGPS reg folder is empty. Any help would be appreciated if your with ALLTEL and your GPS is working. Thanks!

GPS has always worked, no mater which custom rom I've had...at least for me it has. I Don't think it has anything to do with agps. Are you saying your gps doesn't work?

To get agps you need to set you need to configure gpsone using QPST and then set up the SUPL AGPS reg settings.

Here's a cab that sets up the AGPS settings for Alltel.


I'm getting locks in google maps in under 10 seconds.

You added the touch pro 2 keyboard however as far as I know it cripples your hard keyboard.

my hard keyboard doesn't function properly. sym key doesn't work and some other keys are flakey too. is there a way to safely remove this keyboard?

Its stupid. Get rid of the Touch Pro 2 SIP and just use finger keyboard. Its better.
